PAYMENTS

♥︎Customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront for any orders of value lower or equal to the commission price on vgen.

♥︎On orders above the original commission price customer agrees to pay half the invoice total upfront.

♥︎Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.

♥︎Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller according to the above schedule.

♥︎Prices may increase depending on how complicated the design of the character is.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

♥︎Commission may take a month or more depending on how many slots are taken up.

♥︎Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to google drive provided by Customer, after the final payment has been received by the Seller.

♥︎Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will message you full res .png files of the work and watermarked .jpegs for social media posting via discord by Google Drive. No physical product will be delivered.

REVISIONS

♥︎Please provide visual references. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.

♥︎Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue work.

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

♥︎Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in vgen

♥︎It is the sole responsibility of Customer to bear any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to the Seller.

♥︎Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when Product has not been completed within four months. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work must be agreed separately, before the work commences. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.

PERSONAL USE

♥︎The Product received by Customer is for personal use.

♥︎Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

♥︎In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space. You will immediately be blacklisted.

♥︎Fanart commissions consisting of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise for my shop as I see fit.(But that's more far in the future rn)

CANCELLATIONS

♥I have the right to decline a commission that makes me feel uncomfortable to draw.

♥︎Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future

By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above and on the invoice.
